On May 24-25, 2016 Concern Khlibprom has paid coupon profit for the 21^st percent period on “F” series in the amount of 2.33 million UAH. The interest rate made 19%. The payment of the next interest profit for “F” series bonds will take place on November 23-24, 2016.

Concern Khlibprom PJSC timely and fully repaid the 5-year bonds of series E issued in the amount of 50 million UAH. The redemption of bonds ended February 24, 2016. On the maturity date of bonds coupon on bonds series E rate was 19% per annum.

On February 24-25, 2015, Concern Khlibprom PJSC paid 16% interest yield of series E bonds in the amount of UAH 1.61 million. The paid interest rate made up 19,25% per annum.

Concern Khlibprom PJSC set a new interest rate of 19% per annum in UAH against series F bonds for the 13-18^thinterest periods (28.05. 2014 – 24.11.2015).

On April 16, 2014, the Annual General Meeting of Concern Khlibprom Public Joint Stock Company (MINUTES No. 01/14 as of April 16, 2014) resolved to terminate the powers of the Member of Revision Commission of Concern Khlibprom Public Joint Stock Company Taras Ilchyshyn (Passport series KA No. 388107 issued by Pustomyty District Department of Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Lviv Region as of March 27, 1997)

On February 26, 2014 Concern Khlibprom PJSC paid the coupon yield of the 12^th interest period by series E bonds in the amount of UAH1.64 mil.

On January 27, 2014, Concern Khlibprom PJSC set an interest rate of 19.25% per annum in UAH against series E bonds for the 13-16^th coupon periods (February 25, 2014 – February 23, 2015).

On February 26, Concern Khlibprom PJSC paid interest income by the series E bonds in the amount of UAH 1.812 mil. The interest rate of the payment was 19,5%. On June 20, Concern Khlibprom PJSC successfully went through the audit of consolidated financial accountability based on the company’s activity in year 2010 according to the International Standards of Financial Accountability. The audit was carried out by the leading international company providing audit and consultancy services – Ernst & Young.

On June 2, 2011 Concern Khlibprom PJSC completed placement of E series bonds amounting to UAH 50 mil. Also, on June 1, 2011 emitter commenced placement of F series bonds.

On November 18, the meeting of Rating Committee of Credit-Rating RA took place where the rating of Concern Khlibprom PJSC and D series bonds at the uaBBB level and «stable» outlook were confirmed.
