On October 27, company Concorde Capital and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) presented the results of the rating of corporate governance of companies in Ukraine Corporate Governance in Ukraine.
Within this rating the corporate governance of the Concern Khlibprom has received 9 out of 10 points and the company has got to TOP-15 leaders of Ukraine.
Concern Khlibprom has already got the positive history of work at the capital market, – has reported Andrii Herus, the Director of the Consulting Department of Concorde Capital. – In 2006 the company took the third place in CBonds rating among the most public emitters of corporate papers. The company continues developing and improving the standards of corporate governance, that is why it has taken the high place in our rating.
114 public companies of Ukraine were estimated within this rating. The criteria of the companies’ estimation are as follows: the existence of IFRS reporting, the quality of financial reporting according to the standards of Ukraine, availability and clarity of information on the ownership structure, uncovering of the information about corporate structure, management availability, level of publicity, quality of the presented information on the corporate web-site for investors.
