Concern Khlibprom made payment of the first coupon by the series E bonds

On June 1, Concern Khlibprom PJSC paid interest income by the series E bonds in the amount of UAH 1.762 mln. The interest rate of the payment was 17,5%. The payment of the next coupon will take place on August 31, 2011.

E series bonds at par value of UAH 1,000 each were issued on March 1, 2011 to the total amount of UAH 50,000,000.  The underwriter of bonds issuance on theUkrainian Exchange is Concorde Capital, paying agent – OTP Bank JSC.

As of June 1, 2011 Concern Khlibprom PJSC has placed 40,394 E series bonds.
