Concern Khlibprom became an exclusive sponsor of international conference “Ukrainian bread, cereals, flour and pasta on the way to Europe” which took place in Lviv on October 27-28. The conference brough together representatives of national and local governments as well as key experts in the field: top managers and owners of milling, grain, bakery businesses and pasta producers, suppliers of products, equipment and technologies in order to discuss prospect of macroeconomic environment in Ukraine. 

Collective of PJSC Concern Khlibprom received congratulations on the Day of Food Industry Worker from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food and Lviv Regional State Administration. For instance, head of Lviv region Maksym Kozytskyi emphasized contribution of the Company employees into economic development of Ukraine and support of Ukrainian Armed Forces.

We are happy to be able to congratulate our military on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, not only in word, but also in deed. Concern Khlibprom is sending 500 kg of its produce to the frontline. We congratulate our warriors and thank them for the possibility to continue working in safety and defend economic frontline!

Despite power outageand forced interruption of our production process, Concern Khlibprom is supplying citizens with bread on a full-scale basis. Because of continuous blackout in retail networks and widespread concern over demand on foodstuffs in the shops of Lviv the Company started selling bread from bread trucks in most crowded places of the city. 

Concern Khlibprom takes part in a cooperation project for development by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia Support of employer organizations for rebuilding and growth of Ukraine which is being implemented by LDDK in cooperation with the Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FEU).

PJSC Concern Khlibprom implemented a large-scale patriotic initiative of its employees to support Ukrainian defenders. On behalf of our big close-knit team of our Company we purchased 25 powerful diesel and petrol electricity generators and gave them to Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundationto cover the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ needs.

Educational process focused on the job market demand is a strategy implemented byPJSC Concern Khlibprom in cooperation with the leading higher educational institutions. Within the framework of cooperation between dual education and “Hlib people” project, experts of the Company took part in the event “Dialogue with employers” organised by the Centre of Marketing and Development at Ivan Franko National University in Lviv.                                                 

Protecting oneself and being able to help another is an important skill developed and maintained by PJSC Concern Khlibprom staff on a regular basis. Annual fire safety training organized by our Company jointly with the State Emergency Service in Lviv region reminds us that properly maintained work processes, accountability of one’s actions and adhering to safety rules help to protect against fire hazard or efficiently extinguish it in case it starts. Prevention saves lives!

PJSC Concern Khlibprom proceeds with highly important implementation of advanced methodology for management and improvement of business operations - Lean. Company representatives are learning, drawing inspiration from other companies’ experience and participating in Lean-tours where they receive new knowledge and share experience of lean production and skills for enhancing production efficiency and quality.
