Concern Khlibprom purchases hot dog making machine from the Ukrainian producer

Concern Khlibprom PJSC (Lviv) successfully tested equipment forming hot-dog buns from semi-finished roll – of a required size and with a hole for stuffing. Investment in equipment and installation totalled UAH185 thou.

Semi-automatic machine consists of several units and a transporter and has considerable range potential and calibration parameters.

According to Company’s specialists such development are atypical, that is why it is difficult to find them among import offers. The unique machine was developed in Ukraine by specification of Concern Khlibprom. This is the second line in production facilities of Khlibprom produced by this manufacturer. If compared to the first one, the productivity of the new one is half as much again, making up 50 thou. pieces per day or 3 pieces per second. In addition, the new machine has taken into account all the recommendations of engineering services of the plant occurred during operation of the previous model.
