Concern Khlibprom Launches a New Veteran-Centred Project “At Home Already”!

Concern Khlibprom has developed and is introducing a complex internal program of trainings and consultations, “At Home Already”, aimed at reintegrating veterans into the working environment to create a comfortable veteran-centred community, uniting all the Company’s employees and veterans.

This system has a systemic and long-term character, is based on the individual approach and development of the skills of ecological, non-traumatizing communication with veterans, and, as a result, is designed to transform the corporate culture of the Company. The trainings and consultations of the “At Home Already” program will be conducted for the employees of Concern Khlibprom by its full-time psychologist, who also provides psychological support to the collective body of the Company.

The “At Home Already” project is an essential stage in the realization of the corporate philosophy of Concern Khlibprom and a foundation for implementing the idea of veteran-centricity both within the Company and in society in general.
