Concern Khlibprom is a Member of the Project “People Need People” from the Unbroken National Rehabilitation Centre
The top female managers of Concern Khlibprom took part in the first meeting of the “Female Power” direction of the project “People Need People” from the Unbroken National Rehabilitation Centre, which will be implemented in the medical institutions of Ukraine.
The goal of “Female power” is to support mothers, wives, sisters, and partners of the wounded servicemen and civilians who are the greatest support for the men along the entire path of treatment and recovery but very often forget about their own needs. In this project, women get acquainted with interesting personalities and with each other, share their stories in a safe circle, and together visit art therapy classes, practice sports, discuss the topics of beauty and art, and participate in beauty-days and branches. All these activities are aimed at getting the possibility to take everything off their minds for a while, to feel supported and cared for.
The participants of the meeting got acquainted and told their stories, and TAYANNA shared her emotional experience and the methods that help her cope with her moments of anxiety.
The singer explained her participation in the project with these words, “When it seems to a woman that everything is bad, only another woman can understand her and give her the needed support. It may be just a word or a hug. I want to share my experience with women who need it so much now.”
“Fifty percent of the top managers of Concern Khlibprom are women. We are here to share our knowledge, the ability to survive, to go forward despite everything, even in the most complicated times,” said Olena Dmyterko, the Director of Personnel and Public Relations of Concern Khlibprom PJSC, explaining the goal of supporting this project.
However, the most important result is as follows: this initiative was enjoyed by the women for whom this meeting was intended. “I would like to have more such events for women because they are very useful. Usually, all the attention is dedicated to men, but we need help as well,” said the wife of one defender.
