The Specificities of Business Work and Employers’ Strategy in the Times of the War: A Meeting of HR-Specialists

A new law on mobilization, the adaptation of veterans to work after they come back from the active combat zone, teaching the team, the outflow of population, safety and other specificities of the business work during the war, the experience and strategies of employers — these critical topics were discussed by the members of the HRD Association in Lviv during the meeting in one of the subdivisions of Concern Khlibprom.

The HR-team of the Company took part in the meeting of specialists, and Olena Dmytrenko, the Director of Personnel and Public Relations of Concern Khlibprom, shared the experience in implementing a development program during the war and the initiative of building veteran-centricity in the Ukrainian society.
