HR Team of Concern Khlibprom Got a Prestigious Award — a Prize of HR-Brand 2023!

A super-important project, “Efficiency as the culture of high results”, implemented in our Company in 2023, was awarded the prize by the independent professional and respected jury as the best project among 60 reputable nominees in the nomination, entitled “The cultural code of the company”!

The experience of Concern Khlibprom in the accurate composition of the system to manage the achieving of goals to enhance efficiency and promote the growth of the business and people working in it helped create the culture of transparency of result assessment, and the motivation for each employee to get better results on their level — better results as compared to their former self and their own results for the previous period instead of comparing to other specialists. Only one quarter has passed since the start of project implementation, but it has already proven its efficiency and is now recognized by the Ukrainian HR community as well!
