Concern Khlibprom is the Best Employer of 2023 as per UGEN Rating!

According to the results of the All-Ukrainian rating done by HR-brand agency UGEN among young people, Concern Khlibprom received the title of “The best employer of 2023 in the agro-direction”.

The Company highlighted again its status as a successful and strong brand and a responsible employer that provides career opportunities to its employees and is open to employing students to develop and promote Ukrainian entrepreneurship via participation in different projects and initiatives for young people.

The survey was done in August-September in five spheres: IT, finances, audit, consulting, agro, FMCG/retail, and covered over 130,000 respondents, among which 49 % — students, 51 % — graduates. It was aimed at determining the expectations and needs of young people regarding companies on the labour market.
