The National Championship for Ukrainian Students in Solving Business Cases “Plant Games 6.0”
In cooperation with UGEN, Concern Khlibprom implemented another interesting project, aimed at attracting students to solve practical tasks, related to Ukrainian business.
This time, the participants of the championship in solving business cases “Plant Games 6.0” had a super-important task — to offer a program of re-adaptation of Ukrainian veterans to work in the Company.
Although there are practically no specialists in implementing such programs in Ukraine now, and each responsible company develops and tests its own elaborations based on scientific research, first and foremost, the students were not intimidated by a complicated task and suggested their interesting cases.
The most exciting solutions based on deep analysis stepped away from theoretical foundations and offered their own vision and understanding of who veterans are, how to prepare the staff of a large company to implement such programs, how to make the return of yesterday’s serviceman/servicewoman to his/her work in the office or production most comfortable, how to prepare the veterans’ families to their return to life after the frontline.
The projects of the three winners were the best in highlighting the problems and ways to solve them:
— Âiomasters (the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”) — future specialists in chemical technologies and engineering, Kateryna Krasulevska, Kateryna Luhova, Kateryna Tatarchenko, Dmytro Votko, and Anastasia Petukhova had the most successful and expansive solution for the case and a detailed program of implementing the adaptation stages;
— Biogenius (the Chernivtsi National University) — agronomists Denys Krasniuk, Dmytro Shemendiuk, Nazar Rohalskyi, and Vasyl Olievskyi presented a structural, consistent, and manifold solution;
— Ukrainian Shield — (the Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University), future specialists in geodesy and land management, Anhelina Breus, Andrii Netrebko, Oleksandr Omelchenko, Dmytro Roiuk, and Yurii Styshak successfully elaborated and defended their solution.
We thank our partners for their cooperation and more than 300 participants from 65 teams and over 40 Ukrainian higher educational institutions for their work and ideas, in-depth study, and elaboration of solutions for this complicated and extra-important case, which will definitely be implemented in the corporate program of reintegrating veterans to work in Concern Khlibprom.
