Since early 2021 our experts have been implementing the most advanced project management techniques, conducting analysis and improvement of operational processes in departments’ activity. Our management have taken certified training Lean Yellow Belt under Lean Global Network program from LEAN in Progress and received practical efficient tools. They have been implementing these to support lean production at Concern Khlibprom.
