Bakery and confectionery products of "Concern Khlibprom" received awards Professional Tasting Compet

All product samples of "Concern Khlibprom" introduced at the Tasting Competition of XVIII International Specialized Exhibition Bread/ConfectionerExpo received awards. 

The jury awarded the highest award - the Grand Prix in the category "Fancy products" for Ukrainian poppy seeds swirl (Zavyvanets Ukrainsky with poppy) TM "Hlibna Hata". In the category "cake" was awarded the gold medal Cake "Honeymoon with prunes" and "Dessert Bread" won silver in the category "Rye-wheat bread” with additive. Also Cookies “Florentini with cranberries" TM "Bandinelli" was marked with gold in the category "Butter Cookies".

Presented samples were coded and evaluated by professional tasting commission. The professional committee includes representatives of the Department of Food Industry of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, State Committee of Ukraine, National University of Food Technologies Association "Ukrhlibprom" and leading enterprises of bakery industry of Ukraine.

The competition was attended by 25 bakeries that represented the best examples of bakery and pastry products of the country.
