Concern Khlibprom participates in the new project by HR Committee of EBA Lviv-Western Ukrainian Office of The European Business Association “3000 seconds of HR”.

Olena Dmyterko, Chief HR and PR Officer of PJSC “Concern Khlibprom” give an interview to EBA office in Lviv in which she shared the experience of building HR management systems, which help business, grow by engaging employees’ strengths. She also talked about the need to maintain the principal approaches to HR management, which are essential for a successful business, people as the most valuable capital.
