Production capacity:
 
  • The plant produces up to 16 tonnes of semi-finished bread products, confectionery and ready-to-eat products daily using shock freezing technology.

Product range:
 
  • Products in our range: loaves, baguettes, half-baguettes, ciabatta, hot dog buns, layered products (lace, braided pastry etc.), croissants, muffins, cupcakes, Easter products, brownies, manufactured under the flagship TM “AGROLA”, as well as “Liublianna” and “2GO”.

Market presence:
 
  • Semi-finished bread products, ready-to-eat products, layered products, and confectionery products manufactured at the confectionery production facility are available in retail chains, traditional stores, and OKKO petrol stations, and are also exported abroad.

History:
 
  • Today, the confectionery workshop is a European-level factory equipped with fully automated high-tech lines from leading global manufacturers.It houses one of the country’s most advanced workshops for frozen semi-finished bread products.  Founded in 1958 under the name Bakery # 2, it operated as a confectionery workshop from 1991, and from 2002 to 2007 it was part of the EcoLan corporation. In 2010, a modern, fully automated factory for the production of frozen bakery products was opened on its premises.
  • The enterprise employs a team of about 300 people.

  • The production process is controlled by our own certified laboratory, which guarantees the consistent quality of our products.
  • Every batch of raw materials and finished products undergoes comprehensive laboratory testing for safety, physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters in accordance with European regulations and national legislation.

ISO-9001 certification
 
  • The plant has implemented and certified a quality and product safety management system in accordance with HACCP standards and the international standard ISO 22000:2005. Certification according to the high international standard IFS FOOD has been implemented – the company meets the highest requirements for food quality and safety, ensures trust from international partners and expands opportunities to enter European markets.
