Our assortment includes muffins, croissants, hot dog buns, ciabatta, puff pastries, and a wide selection of breads. Along with the products, we provide full service support, including staff training and assistance at every stage of cooperation. With over 17 years of experience in frozen food production, we continuously implement the best European practices. We use shock-freezing technology, which preserves taste, texture, and aroma without preservatives, ensures product safety, and keeps products fresh for up to 180 days. The production unit of Lviv Bakery #1 produces over 33 tons of bakery products per day.

Enterprise capacity: approximately 18-22 tons of bread, bakery, pastry, and puff pastry products per day.

The plant produces up to 16 tonnes of semi-finished bread products, confectionery and ready-to-eat products daily using shock freezing technology.
