The YavirMlyn Flour Mill Complex is one of the most powerful mills in the Lviv region.

- Agrola brand flour, produced at YavirMlyn, is available in retail chains.
- We also cooperate with leading national food companies, including manufacturers of confectionery, frozen semi-finished products, and bakery and croissant products.
History:
- The YavirMlyn production unit began operations in 2002, using the most modern European equipment available at the time.
- Throughout its history, the company has continuously developed, modernising its production lines and introducing advanced technologies.
- Early on, Yavir-Mlyn installed a unique air recirculation system – the first of its kind in Ukraine – and improved its grain cleaning process. A sustained focus on quality and market needs has helped broaden the product range and reinforce the company's reputation as a reliable flour supplier.
Product quality and safety:
Laboratory
- Our production laboratory is fully accredited and operates under a valid accreditation certificate.
- We carefully monitor the key quality parameters, including moisture content, ash content, whiteness, grind size, gluten content, falling number, and others in full compliance with state standards and our partners’ requirements.
- Each batch of both raw materials (grain) and finished products undergoes mandatory multi-level control in our in-house laboratory.
- To ensure the highest level of quality control, the laboratory is equipped with modern instruments (including Infraneo and Farinograph systems) from leading global manufacturers, such as Chopin and Brabender, enabling accurate and rapid analysis.
ISO 22000 certification
- The company has successfully implemented and certified the ISO 22000 food safety management system.
- The system is based on HACCP principles, which have been in place since 2016.
- Certification was carried out by the internationally recognized organization Bureau Veritas.
