Concern Khlibprom is deeply committed to the principles of corporate social responsibility, focusing on the real needs of people, community development, and supporting those shaping the future of our country.
We believe that business should not stand apart from social progress but actively contribute to it. Today’s war and ongoing challenges have reshaped our company’s role, inspiring us to be there for those who need it most – to show care and work together to build a better environment for everyone.
Support for Defenders and Veterans
The veteran-centric strategy became a key focus of our CSR efforts since the full-scale invasion.
Through the “Unbroken Like You” project, implemented in partnership with the National Rehabilitation Center “Unbroken”, we helped raise UAH 5,600,000 to open a treatment center for survivors of captivity and torture.
Our Khlibprom team participated in themed meetings, master classes, and training sessions for wounded soldiers undergoing rehabilitation at the UNBROKEN Center. The goal is to ensure every veteran feels valued, needed, and supported – not alone.
“Already Home” project, launched in collaboration with the Lviv branch of Plast National Scout Organization, fosters a culture of gratitude and respect for the military among young people. Plast members learn to communicate with veterans, develop a conscious attitude towards military service and the defense, and become ambassadors of veteran-centered values in their communities.
Social initiatives and corporate volunteering
Khlibprom regularly donates products to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, partners with volunteer and social organizations, and supports charitable and humanitarian projects.
We actively promote corporate volunteering, encouraging employees to donate blood and organizing fundraisers to support the military, including colleagues and their families.
Our team also conducts bread-making classes in schools, organizes excursions for students, and collaborates closely with educational institutions.
