Credit Rating RA raises the rating of bonds of JSC Concern Khlibprom to uaA-

Credit Rating Rating Agency announced the long-term credit ratings of Concern Khlibprom PJSC and the issue of the registered interest-bearing corporate bonds (series E and F, totalling to UAH100 mil.) at uaA-.

A borrower or a debt instrument rated uaA is characterized by high creditworthiness compared to other Ukrainian obligors or debt instruments.This level of creditworthiness is susceptible to economic conditions. The sign "-" means an intermediate ting category (level) compared to the standard categories.

The forecast of ratings is stable, as experts do not see any prerequisites to revise this level throughout the year.

"In the current environment it is definitely high estimate of the company’s reliability and creditworthiness,” Vladyslav Averchenko, General Director of Concern Khlibprom JSC said, “But we expected it, as the company provides a positive trend in operating performance and a successful credit history from year to year."

The Agency has reviewed the financial statements of Concern Khlibprom PJSC for the 2010-2013 and 9 months of 2014, as well as internal information provided by the company during the rating process.

Among the factors supporting the company’s credit rating, the experts have identified strong market position of  Concern Khlibprom PJSC due to its strong industrial base. The company is one of the largest enterprises producing bread and pastry products in the western and central regions of Ukraine and has demonstrated stable sales in recent years. Openness of information and transparency of the activity of the company have been also noted.
